An alumnus of NDA, he graduated from IMA in 1982. He was commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery and has 30 years of service. He commanded his unit in intense Counter Insurgency Operations from 2002-2005. He has undergone GTO training in 1997 and served at the Selection Centre East. He has trained ‘in-service’ SSB aspirants and students of different Sainik Schools/ Army Public Schools.
A postgraduate commissioned through IMA in 1970. He served the Indian Army for 30 years. He had the opportunity to serve as an Instructor in NDA and ACC. He was the Principal of a Sainik School for five years. He was actively involved in 1971 operations IPKF in Sri Lanka & Counter Insurgency Operations in Nagaland. He is an experienced Psychologist (Technical Officer) from Selection Centre Central, Bhopal. Col. Basu has trained Sainik School students and candidates for SSB.
He was an Indian Air force pilot for 32 years. He has clocked more than 5000 flying hours. He has been the Director of Operations in an IAF Command, and the President and Chief Executive of the Air Force Selection Board for Officers. He has undergone special training (Interviewing Officer Course) on Selection procedures of specialist categories from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research, New Delhi. He has varied experience in selection techniques specialising in interview techniques.
Honours in Mathematics with Physics and Chemistry from the Calcutta University, Mr. Sahu have been a Mathematics teacher since 1999. He has taught students ranging from class IX to B.Sc level. He is well known in the academic arena for teaching and grooming the students to success in competitive examinations.
Master in English Literature from the Calcutta University, Mrs. Mitra Reza has 25 years of experience in the field of teaching students from various academic backgrounds. She has taught and groomed students successfully for competitive examinations. She has extensive experience in taking English Communication classes for individuals from various organisations like NGO’s & Corporate.
She has over 05 years experience in the Education domain, having earlier served in the Banking industry. She is a post-graduate from Rabindra Bharti University in Philosophy.
