Aniruddha Lahiri, Founder Chairman

An alumnus of St. Xavier�s College, Kolkata and IIT, Madras, Mr. Lahiri began his career in 1968 with the Mafatlal Group working out of Mumbai, Germany and Egypt.

He joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd. in 1976 and had served on the Hindustan Lever Board in various capacities as Director - Agri business, Technical Director and Director - Human Resources and Corporate Affairs between 1992 and 1997, with wide-ranging responsibilities.

In 1998 he was seconded to Unilever at its corporate centre as Senior Vice President - Manufacturing and Supply Chain Technology with global responsibilities.

He was associated with ABP Pvt Ltd. a leading media publication company as its Managing Director from 2001 till 2005 and steered ABP towards unprecedented growth and expanded to the electronic media platform.

Mr. Lahiri joined the diversified multinational New York based The Chatterjee Group (TCG) in 2006 as the President of the Group and also served as the CEO of the TCG Group�s IT platform till 2014.

Mr. Lahiri�s entrepreneurial ventures include- Trishul Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an Engineering Design Services company, and Siegwald Leadership and Training Academy Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Kolkata.

He is the past President of the BCCI and CMA. He has been the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), Kolkata Chapter and the Vice Chairman of the National Executive Board. He has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Practical Training as a nominee of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

Arundhuti Datta, Co-founder, Director & COO

An alumnus of St. Xavier�s College, Kolkata, she started her career as a management consultant with ABC Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from 1995. She joined American Express Bank Ltd in 1998 managing customer related operations and moved on as a Branch Manager to HDFC Bank Ltd in 2002.

She became the Regional Director � East, in IL&FS; Property Management Services Pvt. Ltd., in 2005 and expanded the Property Management Services in the Eastern States in India and also set up the Real Estate Research Division of the Company. She became the Marketing Head Pan India in 2007 and was associated with projects in UAE.

In 2008 she took an entrepreneurial role in Quadrile Management Services Pvt. Ltd., where she established the entire gamut of the Real Estate business in Eastern India.

With wide-ranging national and international exposure in Research and Business Development, she set up a niche Consultancy business in 2012, helping Industrial clients to procure large tracts of land for their factories and logistic hubs. She is the Co-founder & Director of Siegwald Leadership & Training Academy Pvt. Ltd.

Saibal Biswas, Director

A Cost Accountant and Honours in Commerce and Business Administration, Mr. Biswas has had an enriched career for the last 22 years. Started his career with HSBC and held leadership roles for NRI Services, Premier Banking Services and Private Banking Services. He moved to ABN Amro to head one of the Investment Advisory Business clusters dedicated towards advising HNI clients. In 2005 he started his own Investment Advisory Firm, which he runs successfully till date. He is a regular columnist in Ananda Bazar Patrika and has contributed to media on personal finance.

Brig Anil Kumar Khosla (Retd ), Head Training Business

An Alumnus of NDA commissioned into the Army in Nov 1971. The officer participated in Indo Pak 1971 war in Western Sector with less than one month of service. The officer has had a very checkered career in the Army and has served in various instructional, staff and command assignments. He commanded an Infantry Battalion in the insurgency operation and an Infantry brigade in Western Sector during Kargil Operations. He has been an Instructor at NCC Officers Training School, Military Intelligence Training School and The Infantry School. The officer has been the Centre Commandant and Brigadier General Staff Information Technology at Headquarters Eastern Command.

Anjan Datta, Business Development

He has worked in the Finance Sector for the last nineteen years, both as an employee and entrepreneur, sourcing loans for individuals and companies. He has been associated with various private and public sector banks in the finance field. He brings with him experience and expertise accumulated over the last 18 years.

Anjan is a key member of the team involved in business development for the academy.

Tanusree Dasgupta, Assistant Manager Administration

She has been actively handling Administration, HR and Secretarial aspects for various Organizations in her career span of 15 years. She was conferred the Best Team Member Award, in 2006, by Space Matrix, an architect firm. Her wide-ranging experience in her professional life has helped her to continue an informed journey on her career path.

Tanusree manages the Registration Office at Siegwald and coordinates student queries. She is also involved in business development.

Ramchandran A, Administration

Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, Ramchandran started his career with M. N. Dastur & Co. Pvt. Ltd. and had an enriching 9 years stint before joining Hindustan Unilever Limited. In HUL he had a robust experience for more than two decades in Sales Administration, Corporate Affairs, HR, Sales/Customer Support, Promotions Management and Procurement.

Shyamika Gupta, Accounts

Graduate from Calcutta University, Shyamika has gained considerable knowledge and experience over the last 18 years in Accounts functions. She has accumulated experience in accounts management, MIS generation, finalisation of company accounts, filling returns and liaison with Government Departments and Officials related to company accounts.
