S.A.L.T. will soon introduce several other Leadership Training programs aimed at young adults in High School and Middle Level Managers in the Corporate Sector.

The training program for the young adults is specifically designed to produce stable, secure, sophisticated young adults equipped with the confidence to set their terms of engagement.

The Objective for the Management programme is to prepare middle level managers to seek and sustain profound changes in the real world that throws up the challenge to initiate, sustain, redesign and rethink. The ethos of the program is anchored on the belief that today�s reality cannot fit yesterday�s answers.
